Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Reach out to us at with the following information:
- Order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your case, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, we’re committed to making it right. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the incorrect item, and we’ll process a replacement at no additional charge. Please provide:
- Order number
- A photo of the item received
- A description of the discrepancy
Size or Color Issues
Since our products are made on-demand, we encourage careful attention to size charts and product details before purchase. Refunds or replacements for size or color issues are not available unless there is a manufacturing error.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once production has started, we’re unable to make changes or process cancellations.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days once the return or issue is approved. They will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund.
